Insolvent Estate In any hearing on appeal from the doings of commissioners on the estate of an insolvent debtor or a deceased person, the claimant may amend any defect, mistake or informality in the statement of the claim, not changing the ground of action; such amendment to be upon such terms as to costs as the judicial authority directs.
