A scheduling order pursuant to this rule may be amended at a pretrial conference or upon motion for good cause shown. Except in unusual circumstances, a motion to extend deadlines under a Published by the Revisor of Statutes under Minnesota Statutes, section 3C.08, subdivision 1. 77 GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE MINNESOTA COURT RULES scheduling order shall be made before the expiration of the deadline.
