Amending Report
Connecticut Practice Book
A committee, attorney trial referee or special assignment probate judge may, at any time before a report is accepted, file an amendment to it or an amended report. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 437.) (Amended June 28, 1999, to take effect Jan. 1, 2000; amended June 20, 2011, to take effect Jan. 1, 2012.)
