Effective July 1, 2016 On motion for good cause, the Court may grant leave for a party to file an amended brief or Petition. The motion shall describe the nature of and reason for the amended brief or Petition. The movant shall tender with the motion the amended brief or Petition titled as such on the front page. Except as the Court otherwise provides, the filing of an amended brief or Petition has no effect on any filing deadlines.
