Indiana Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution
Effective January 1, 2018 A county desiring to participate in an alternative dispute resolution program pursuant to IC 33-23-6 must develop and submit a plan to the Indiana Judicial Conference, and receive approval of said plan from the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Indiana Office of Judicial Administration.
