Rule: 55.

Agreements between parties shall be reduced to writing, signed by all parties, and incorporated in an order. Agreements reached on the date of a hearing, if not in writing, shall be dictated into the record at the hearing in the presence of all parties. The court shall hold a hearing to review all agreements with child support provisions. [Amended by order adopted November 27, 2001, effective January 1, 2002.]
