Agreed statement

If the parties present the appeal on an agreed statement, they must comply with the relevant provisions of rule 8.134, but the appellant must file an original and, if the statement is filed in paper form, three copies of the statement in superior court within 25 days after filing the notice of appeal. Rule 8.344 amended effective January 1, 2016; adopted as rule 32.2 effective January 1, 2004; previously amended and renumbered as rule 8.344 effective January 1, 2007.
