An affirmance without opinion may be rendered in any civil case when the Court determines at least one of the following circumstances exists and is dispositive of the appeal: (1) The evidence supports the judgment; (2) No harmful error of law, properly raised and requiring reversal appears; or (3) The judgment of the court below adequately explains the decision and an opinion would have no precedential value. 46 Decisions rendered under Rule 59 have no precedential value.
