(a) Definitions. (1) ‘‘Applicant’’ means a member of the bar of any state, district or territory of the United States applying for admission pro hac vice. (2) ‘‘Local counsel’’ means an active member of the Wyoming State Bar. (3) ‘‘Rule 8’’ means Rule 8 of the Rules Governing the Wyoming State bar and the Authorized Practice of Law. (b) Members of the bar of any other state, district or territory of the United States may apply for admission pro hac vice. An active member of the Wyoming State Bar, in compliance with Rule 8, must move a Wyoming trial court to allow the applicant to appear in a specific matter in a Wyoming trial court.
