A proposed Administrative Rule relating to the transfer of certain small claims cases to the County Court with Increased Jurisdiction for trial was filed with the Supreme Court on August 17, 1978. A hearing was held before the Supreme Court on October 3, 1978. There were no appearances either for or against this proposal. After consideration of the above matter, the Court directed the entry of the following order: ORDERED, that the proposed AR 3-1978 not be adopted. The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened at 3:20 p.m. this 3rd day of October, 1978, with the Chief Justice, the Honorable Ralph J. Erickstad; the Justices, the Honorable Wm. L. Paulson, the Honorable Vernon R. Pederson, the Honorable Paul M. Sand, the Honorable Gerald W.
