Utah Supreme Court Rules of Professional Practice
(a) Bar Examination. The Bar Examination consists of the UBE. All components of the Bar Examination must be taken in the same examination administration and given according to the standards established by the NCBE. (b) Exam components. The Bar Examination components are the MEE, MPT, and MBE. (c) The Bar Examination is administered only for the purpose of admission to the Bar.
