Administration of oaths; power of subpoena

Each member of the Commission is hereby authorized to administer oaths in any proceeding before the Commission on matters relative thereto and has power in such matters to subpoena witnesses and documents and take depositions. § 3-124 adopted July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013; § 3-124 amended March 12, 2025, effective April 1, 2025.
