A clerk of the magistrate court may administer the oath and sign the jurat for affidavits, including those in support of arrest and search warrants and bad check citations. This rule shall not be interpreted as otherwise affecting the responsibilities of a judge in hearing applications for arrest and search warrants. Adopted effective October 28, 1993. 47
