The court shall give notice of the adjudicatory hearing to: 1) the attorney for the county agency; 2) the child’s attorney; 3) the guardian’s attorney; 4) the parents, child’s foster parent, preadoptive parent, or relative providing care for the child; 5) the county agency; 6) the court appointed special advocate, if assigned; and 7) any other persons as directed by the court. Comment All parties are to receive a summons pursuant to Rule 1360. Official Note Rule 1361 adopted August 21, 2006, effective February 1, 2007.
