Rules of Juvenile Court
If a court makes a finding that the statutory grounds set forth in a petition alleged a child to be in need of protection or services are proved, the court shall: (a) adjudicate the child as in need of protection or services and proceed to disposition pursuant to Rule 51; or (b) withhold adjudication of the child pursuant to Rule 50.02.
