Rules for Courts-Martial
The military judge may adjourn the court-martial at the end of the trial of an accused or proceed to trial of II-97 other cases referred to that court-martial. Such an adjournment may be for a definite or indefinite period. II-98 CHAPTER XI. POST-TRIAL PROCEDURE
