Acts of Assembly Not Suspended

The following Acts of Assembly shall not be deemed suspended or affected: (1) Any Act of Assembly providing for special venue in certain types of cases, except that with respect to actions before magisterial district judges ‘‘magisterial district’’ shall be substituted for ‘‘county’’ when the latter word is used in such an act designating venue.
