APR 25.6 ACTION ON SUPREME COURT'S DETERMINATION (a) Petition Approved. If the petition for reinstatement is approved by the Supreme Court, the reinstatement shall be subject to the Petitioner's taking and passing the examination required for the relevant license type, completing all requirements for admission, paying to the Bar the required license fee in the appropriate amount for the current year plus any mandatory assessments, and paying the costs incidental to the reinstatement proceeding as directed by the Supreme Court. (b) Petition Denied. If the petition for reinstatement is denied, the Petitioner shall still be responsible for payment of the costs incidental to the reinstatement proceeding as directed by the Supreme Court.
