Action by Fiduciary

(A) Court Order. When a proceeding is instituted by a fiduciary seeking instruction or authorization with respect to fiduciary duties or the trust property, and it appears that it is impracticable to bring all of the beneficiaries before the court, the court shall enter an order: (1) setting forth the form of and manner for giving notice of the proceedings to the beneficiaries, and (2) selecting representatives of the beneficiaries to act as representatives of the class. (B) Notice. The contents of the notice shall fairly state the purpose of the proceedings and shall specify the time and place of hearing.
