Examining Parties When an account is referred to a Magistrate in Chancery all exceptions thereto must be filed with the Magistrate in Chancery and heard by the Magistrate in Chancery, and the Magistrate in Chancery or any party interested in the account shall have power to examine the accountant touching the account and all matters therein contained, and touching the vouchers and other papers submitted therewith.
