Chancery; Procedure The Court may refer to a Magistrate in Chancery an account rendered by a guardian of the property or trustee and any exceptions to such account. Within the time specified in the order appointing the Magistrate in Chancery, the Magistrate in Chancery shall conduct a hearing, examine the account, consider any relevant evidence and report thereon in writing to the Court, in accordance with Rules 124 through 126 and, as applicable, Part XIV of these Rules.
