RAP 13.6 ACCEPTANCE OF REVIEW The Supreme Court accepts discretionary review of a decision of the Court of Appeals by granting a motion for discretionary review or by granting a petition for review. Upon accepting discretionary review, the Supreme Court may specify the issue or issues as to which review is granted. [Adopted effective July 1, 1976; Amended effective September 1, 1990.]
