Accelerated Review Generally

RAP 18.12 ACCELERATED REVIEW GENERALLY The appellate court on its own motion or on motion by a party may set any review proceeding for accelerated disposition. The appellate court clerk will notify the parties of the setting and any orders entered to promote the accelerated disposition under rules 1.2(c) and 18.8(a).
