(a) Applicable Standards. The specific time standards applicable to abuse and neglect proceedings are those contained in W.Va. Code §§ 49-6-1 et seq. and in the Rules of Procedure for Child Abuse and Neglect Proceedings. (b) Reporting Standard. The reporting standard from the filing of the petition to the entry of an order of disposition, pursuant to W.Va. Code § 49-6-5(a), shall be twelve (12) months.
