(8) Make recommendations to the Court regarding the reinstatement of a person to practice law; and (9) Take any other action authorized or ordered by the Court. (d) Abstention. — A member of the BPR shall refrain from taking part in any proceedings in which a judge, similarly situated, would be required to abstain. (e) Reimbursement of expenses. — Members of the BPR shall be entitled to reim- bursement for reasonable travel, meals, lodging and other expenses incurred in the course of their official duties.
