(7) In cases where sentence review is available

and where the defendant files an application for such review, the clerk shall promptly notify the official court reporter of such application pursuant to Section 43-24 and the official court reporter or court recording monitor shall file a copy of the transcript of the sentencing hearing with the review division within sixty days from the date the application for review is filed with the clerk.
