Rule 58.1-1 Rule 58.1. Stipulated Judgment on Agreed Statement of Facts ; General Requirements An action described in 28 U.S.C. ' 1581(a) or (b) may be stipulated for judgment, at any time without brief or complaint or formal amendment of any pleading, by filing with the clerk of the court a stipulation for judgment on agreed statement of facts, signed by the parties or their attorneys, together with a proposed stipulated judgment. The proposed stipulated judgment on agreed statement of facts must be substantially in the form set forth in Form 9 of the Appendix of Forms. (As added Nov. 4, 1981, eff.
