DELEGATION: By virtue of the authorities delegated to me by the then Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (now the Director of ICE) in ICE DO 0001, I hereby delegate to the Assistant Director of Domestic Operations the authority to approve 1) Special Response Team deployments under sensitive circumstances and 2) the utilization of the HSI Ceremonial Honor Guard.
