ALL WORLD IMPORTS, INC., D/B/A ANDRE PIERRE IMPORTS, Respondent 8 U.S.C. 1324a Proceeding ) OCAHO Case No. 91100081 ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENT'S MOTIONS TO EXTEND TIME IN WHICH TO FILE ANSWER AND TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS On this date, Respondent filed a Motion to Extend Time in Which to File Answer, reciting therein that its responsive pleading cannot be prepared in the absence of having the I-9 forms at issue, which are in Complainant's possession and are the subject of a Motion to Produce Documents, which was also filed on this date. Respondent's Motion to Extend Time in Which to File Answer, as well as its Motion to Produce Documents are hereby granted. In connection with the latter motion, Complainant is hereby ordered to provide to Respondent copies of those I-9 forms which Respondent has previously provided to the Immigration and Naturalization Service. It is further ordered that Respondent's answer to the complaint at issue will not be due until thirty (30) days following Respondent's receipt of the requested I-9 form copies.
