Complainant opposed this Motion, and Respondent provided a Reply filing. After carefully reviewing parties’ filings, the Court deemed it prudent to invite amicus briefing.

The invitation was posted on the EOIR website, and garnered one brief.1 The Court issues this Notice to inform the parties it will consider the Amicus Brief, and to provide that Brief to the parties (attached to this Order). Further, parties will have until February 6, 2026 to provide any supplemental briefings (after having the opportunity to review the Amicus Brief).
