1 OCAHO 79 UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION REVIEW OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER Jesse C. Jones, Complainant v. De Witt Nursing Home, Respondent; 8 U.S.C. § 1324b Proceeding; Case No. 88200202. ORDER IN PREPARATION FOR CONFERENCE AND HEARING (August 7, 1989) As provided in the Second Prehearing Conference Report and Order dated June 6, 1989, the third telephonic prehearing conference will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 1989, at 10 a.m., EDT, and the hearing will begin on September 12, 1989. The parties are advised that arrangements have been confirmed for the hearing to begin at 9 a.m, EDT at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, One World Trade Center, Suite 4747, New York, New York 10048, to continue as necessary through Thursday, September 14, 1989. By notice dated July 24, 1989, complainant's representative, MFY Legal Services, Inc., entered the appearance of Lucas E. Andino as attorney for complainant.
At my direction, Ms. Debra M. Bush of my staff, upon inquiry to Mr. Andino by telephone, was advised that his appearance was in lieu of and not in addition to that of Philip L. Boneta who had previously appeared on behalf of complainant. The parties are reminded that the hearing has once before been rescheduled and that substitution of counsel should not be understood to provide a basis for another continuance. The parties are reminded also of the directions provided in the Order of June 6, 1989, with respect to preparation for the prehearing conference.
Dated this 7th day of August, 1989.
