The following changes shall be incorporated by reference into my Decision and Order of October 4, 1990: 1. Page 5, paragraph 6, which reads, ``Respondent City of Hawaii'' shall be changed to read ``Respondent City and County of Honolulu.'' 2. Page 10, the second full paragraph, which reads ``allegations of the Fourth Amendment'' shall be changed to read `'alleged violations of the Fourth Amendment.'' 3. Page 12, paragraph 1, which reads ``judicially determined shall be changed to ``judicially determined.'' 4.

Page 16, paragraph 10, which reads ``Respondent City and County of Hawaii'' shall be changed to read ``Respondent City and County of Honolulu.'' SO ORDERED: This 12th day of October, 1990, at San Diego, California.
